How To Report Issues
==========================
If a problem occurs during modeling or simulation using the Algoryx Momentum add-in, please follow the workflow below to help us resolve the problem easier.

By default log files for the Momentum plugin are created in the directory:

  c:\users\Your-User-Name\AppData\Roaming\AlgoryxMomentum\LogFiles


where *Your-User-Name* is your user name.
If you have changed the :ref:`working_directory` in Add-In Options, the above path might dffer.

Also, the Spaceclaim log files are usually stored at:

::

  c:\users\Your-User-Name\AppData\Roaming\Spacelaim\LogFiles


 
To create an issue report:

1. In the :ref:`About text box <info>` there is a button: *Show log files* which will copy log files for Algoryx Momentum *and* SpaceClaim to a specific directory. It also will open this directory in an Explorer window.

2. Copy the information text from the About text box.

Send these log files from step 1, then information text from step 2, and (if possible) the .scdoc file to `<support@algoryx.se>`_.
